IRS Pub 590: http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p590.pdf

MFJ: phase-out range is $159k - $169k
S,HOH: phase-out range is $101k - $116k
MFS: phase out range is $0 - $10k

Rules on how to calculate MAGI are also contained in the publication.
