This REIT is yielding 8.6% and hasn't moved up in price. I thought that the yield alone would help its price to increase with the 30 year bond under 6%. Any ideas?
I haven't got a clue. CVI was listed as a local stock in the paper and I followed it for a while. It appeared to be a good investment so I bought some. I'm just responding because the silence on this board is deafing.
