When both lights are on it is almost always not an ABS problem, but a regular service brake problem causing the red light to come on.
The amber ABS system and light responds to the red brake light coming on.
Most likely the brake fluid level in the master cylinder is low causing both the warning lights to come on.
Even if the brake fluid is low you should get the brakes checked anyway.
The fluid could be low because of a leak, or worn brake pads, both of which could cause the pedal to feel low, a leak more like a scary, can't stop, pedal to the floor kind of low.
