When I was in high school I ate like a friggin' horse! I'd eat constantly. I was a football player, a lineman... and weighed a whopping 160lbs. I couldn't gain more than that. I'd work out, build muscle... but lose fat. The running I did in practice did it. I also ran track, hurdles. I wasn't eating healthy either, I worked at an ice cream parlour! You better believe that every shake I made had extra left in the container and I'd down that in the back room.

Are there kids who shouldn't be eating tons of crap? Sure. But then there were kids like me who ate all the garbage you can imagine and were still in great shape because of sports. Cutting their food could do far more harm than good.

/Wish I still had that metabolism! Then again I don't have anywhere near that appetite either, thank God! I'd be eating myself into the poor house!
