When you could get Handspring Visors (Palm OS) for under $100 I decided it was time for me to get one. I can certainly justify that amount for the convenience it offers. I use it for my checkbook (PCash - it's free!), address book, memo pad, shopping list, and reminders (using the date book with alarm). The amount of extra organization gained for me is certainly worth the $100, plus a couple AAA batteries every few months.

I probably would still be PDA-less if the price was $200 or more because I can't justify it, however, your limit price may be different.
