When you used the term mythinformation multiple times to repond to what Ish posted, you belittled what Bookgrrl said helped her. You might not think of that as attacking the original poster, but really, that's how it came off in print.

While I agree that there is a definite need to reduce calories in order to lose weight, the spacing of the meals is important, as is not eating too late in the evening. What you eat and when you eat it is absolutely tied to blood sugar spikes, which also relates to insulin production.
