not sure why this guy didn't post this here but thought it was worth sharing:http://boards.fool.com/Message.asp?mid=28129217"My wife and I went to the local Bed,Bath and Beyond and were looking for a small structure to house our new Phonograph (yes phonograph) that can play records and record them directly onto CD; has an am-fm radio etc. We flagged down a young man (college age) and asked him a few questions. He was terrific. He stayed with us, demonstrated the product, got us a new one and even answered some other questions regarding what to put on the feet so that the wood floors would not get scratched. In this day and age a great retail experience. I imagined him to be a young Rose Blumkin. As he was accompanying us to the check out, I said to him that I could see him becoming the president of this firm some day. His retort was,"no I am not the greedy kind". I guess since we live in California, I should expect that this anti-business harangue is being taught in the universities. Does anyone who teaches, respect the man who runs a successful business?Dr. Steve
