where does the nonsense end?

It ends when people realize the obvious: The military doesn't need a restricted calorie diet to get service members to lose weight. A real military diet will be heavy on protein and calories, to support the physical activity required of military personnel.

I forget how many grams of protein my nephew was told to eat per day. 150? 180? But it turned out he had to eat some gaudy number of calories like 4000 or 6000 to keep from losing weight while on active duty. I don't think his diet much resembled the "military diet" from that scam link.
