While i dislike trolls of all forms, I am a bit disturbed by the lack of ANYONE refuting the actual alleged torture comments that jaagu originally brought up.

If it were in fact a case of nonviolent protesters attempting to stop construction on private land that was being taken through government use of eminent domain, there is an issue here worth discussing.
