while i have no scientific background in this area- and while the total *energy expended* may be the does not change the fact that If a person spends all day, sunup to sundown standing & walking and has only what they can "catch" or grow/gather to consume:
no refined foods, that person will be thinner, more *lean* muscular, fitter, etc

have you ever walked ALL DAY?
every day?
for a few weeks in a row? or even a few days?*
