While you are looking at the funds at Morningstar, take time to carefully look at the stocks which are in the funds.

I did not look at your choices in particular, but you may find that several funds holdings are similar to each other.

Some of the advice you have been or will be given is from people using a very long term outlook.

20+ years is the norm for general investment advice slanted towards the accumilation stage and not the using stage.

You do not have a long term outlook for the use of your money so you must consider moving toward a slightly more conservative view.

Keep reading the forums with that in mind.
