Why do you continue to make obfuscated statements regarding material misrepresentation of material facts? I'm sure you are a professional financial planner and I in no way accuse YOU personally of not being in compliance with any Federal or State disclosure laws.
Actually, in your first ever response to me, you did.

Well nedludd, you certainly seem to have a flippant attitude, maybe you should read "Modern Legal Ethics", by Charles W. Wolfram. Not to worry - if you are ever sued by a customer his lawyer will have a copy of it in his law library. The key words are "misrepresentation of material facts."
I asked about this before, and never seemed to get an answer.
A final thought. In my opinion, informed intellectual people read a source, be it an article, book, or web site.
I offered several sources of info, and all I received was the above mentioned accusation of "material misrepresentation of fact."
I believe others have also offered backup to their statements, which you casually dismissed as being biased (amazing how any source that doesn't support yo is biased).
To make unfounded disparaging remarks about a source you have no first hand knowledge of is quite simply obtuse.
I totally agree. Now, would you mind explaining the basis for accusing the agent mentioned in the prior post of (say it with me, "material misrepresntation of facts) in http://boards.fool.com/Message.asp?mid=15308813. Now, I have asked about this before, but you seem unwilling to answer. The charge leveled is a pretty serious one, and I was just wondering if you had a basis for the allegation, or were just making "unfounded disparaging remarks about a source you have no first hand knowledge," which we all no would be obtuse.
