I am nearing retirement and keep hearing that you should only plan to withdraw 4% of your capital each year. How does this fit with an investment like RMH (Regions) that pays 9% consistently and the volatility is predictable, at least for the last few years. What am I missing with the risk? Why shouldn't I put a good sized piece of my retirement into it?Thanks
