Why pass? This is the best response you could have ever gotten. Mr. Miller is the consumer advocate. He is far more than an average CSR and can really improve your account terms.

Let me be specific.

My account was opened (as a sub-prime account) in March 1999 with an apr of 19/8% and a cl of $200. When I contacted the Executive Office in March 2001, my apr was 17.9% and the cl was $500.

After two conversations with the consumer advocate, my account in May 2001 went to 12.9% apr and a cl of $4100.

While the current benenfits may not be stellar for the average Fool, they are outstaning for a person rebuilding credit, and particularly with Capital One. Do NOT underestimate the ability of the consumer advocate at Cap One. You'll *not* meet anyone else like him at any other CC company.
