I have been slowly going long on OCAS for months now, because I am confident that with proper leadership and direction, this could be a three bagger. The fact that the price has been hovering around $8.50 makes me just that more confident. What is really bothering me is that the company continues to declare a dividend in spite of the fact that they are losing money hand over fist.I am concerned that at this rate, OCAS may run out of capital before it finds a permanent CEO.Thoughts?
