Will INTC at least match the market over the next couple of years?

Sorry...I don't think anyone here is high enough up the Wall Street food chain to be able to tell you which way the fix will go.

INTC is not a go-go stock anymore. It may still have its moments, but mostly it is a large cap stable stock. You assume less risk in something like this, but you also (usually) get less return.

Thirteen percent is nothing to sneeze at. But only you can decide if your money is better in a different investment, based on your risk-tolerance and other investments you may be watching. No one here can decide that for you.
