Will Quicken Essentials do what you need?

There is also a version of Quicken 2007 which is compatible with Mountain Lion, although Intuit makes it incredibly hard to find on their web site. (For some reason, it's not included in their list of products, but they do sell it.)

Although it's not identical to Quicken for PC, it's much closer than Quicken Essentials, which has a totally different interface. I think it will do everything you want - I'm using it and I'm very happy with it.

As far as I know, although this was originally described as an "upgrade" to the old version of Quicken 2007, it's not an upgrade - it's the full program. However, I upgraded so I'm not 100% sure. Although the Intuit web site only says its compatible with Lion, online reports say it works in Mountain Lion.
