Will you be able to continue training while you are on deployment?

Outside of work...there is nothing to do but train and go to school. I'll likely keep a 25-30 mile regimen up until I leave. Then while out there do a 6 day bike/run/swim/strength combo. Was just eying Hal Higdon’s TriFit program. Figure something like that should do me a great deal of overall good increasing speed, strength, etc.

Bummer. We'll have to find another event to get together at...

Sounds like a deal!
