Windows that don't open. I fixed that one. Our office is in a large, 100 year old house instead of a large downtown building.

Excellent. That opens up an opportunity to learn the truth of my years long observation & wanting to know how / why.

It seems to me that all the really fine victorian architecture gets snapped up as law offices. Is this simply a product of who can best afford the leases?

Or are lawyers as a whole enamored with these types of buildings?
