Hello, gang!
I stumbled across this board a couple days ago. Just what I was looking for! My interest is RVing. Currently I have service with Voicestream with a Nokia 6190 and their analog adapter for when I'm out in the countryside. By the summer I believe I'll be changing to Verizon with a Nokia or Qualcomm phone w/ both CDMA bands and AMPS so I can have more available services. A qualifier that I'll need in my next phone is the ability to use w/a laptop to access the net. I believe the Nokia 5185 doesn't have that ability. Tomorrow I'll start from post 1 of this group and try to get caught up and learn a few things. One question I have right off the bat is I assume that cell phone/modem use is not available in analog areas. Is this correct?
