With regard to being right 50% of the time, well, that's a 50/50 shot by blind guessing alone whether one has 10 or 100 picks - since both are equally easy, again, both will carry the same weight in accuracy under the new rules.

That's exactly right, Russell. We assume an average accuracy of a little higher than 50 and it doesn't matter if you have 10 or 100 picks if you're right at the average accuracy. At the extremes, however, the number of picks is very influential on your accuracy rank.
