With the exception of the cereals and whole grains, it reads very similar to Paleo.,/I>I think both can agree that if you are going to eat a grain, make it a whole grain. We don't eat a ton of grains either because they are often inflammatory. I eat more than is allowed on the paleo diet, but I eat no meat, which is highly inflammatory as well, so it seems to balance out. I don't think anyone needs to be "perfect" to be healthy.DEG
