I have a situation.

I am losing my job here in CA, but I got an offer in NJ. As expected, my ex will not let me move out. In court, he offered to pay me some spouse support and child support. In the order that his atty wrote-out, it clearly states I will be under a work efforts order and I will keep looking for a job. My ex will conitnue to pay me until I find a job, even if I start school again (I will continue looking for a job even then). However, a court date is set for July 10, which only came-up in front of the judge, not outside when we were discussing it. Now I am wondering, can he terminate spouse support on July 10, or at any other time, if I don't find a job, and then go back to school?

What happens if I goto Court on July 10, and have still not found a job? Please advise.

- Donna.
