2 years late. Prentiss is a great place to work! They take care of hard working folks. Great management team.

I like the statement about the great management team. I have been thinking about buying some PP. I own no REITS but from the numbers I have been able to crunch and from reports read it would seem to be a nice way to wet my toes in Real Estate investing. I wonder about their exposure to Washington, D.C. office space and whether that amy be a bit of a liability in this post 9/11 world. Perhaps the demand for Capital office space may decrease.

Any opinions?
