Wow, I guess you have one of the very early models. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asus_Eee_PCMy Acer netbook is the 10" variety with 160GB HDD and I upgraded it to 2 gigs of RAM. Puppy only needs 512MB of space and is definitely worth a try. I've played with it some but preferred Ubuntu.
