Wow, that really takes me back. I love the Paraguayan people and their unique brand of Spanish mixed with Guaraní. Music of all forms is extremely important to Paraguay, but even I was surprised by this clip.

The landfill scenes could have been filmed anywhere, of course, but the red dirt roads surrounded by ultra-green vegetation are pure Paraguay. It's a poor country, afflicted with one of the most incompetent and corrupt governments in the world, but the people are surprisingly happy. This clip displays their positive and creative spirit.
