Wow, what a great article! Unfortunately, the runnersworld servers were acting up on Friday so I didn't get to read it until this morning :-) But, it gives me lots of good ideas for my next trip to the 'Burgh.

Also, thanks for the pointer to "Run the Planet." It's now a bookmark.

I ended up having a pretty good run on Sunday morning. I was staying at the William Penn and they had a nice little map with a suggested 2.7 mile loop that basically took you through downtown, around Point State Park, across the Allegheny river and back, and back downtown to the hotel. I used it as a baseline and just expanded the course and wandered wherever looked interesting.
