wow....that's what I get for not checking the board.....

The offer being withdrawn is a bummer. As my trading is restricted, I was unable to sell (the compliance officer was on vacation, so I was froze in my positions until his return).

That said, EQY hasn't sold the shares.....so I think they will be back for another bite at the apple.....
