I worked for a company that dissolved earlier this year (they did not declare bankruptcy). Unfortunately, I didn't get paid for 6 of the weeks I worked there because they didn't have the money. When they folded, they owe me about $6,000 gross.

Is there anything I can do with that $6K on my federal or state income tax returns?

Thanks!
