We have a judgment against a woman in the amount of $1056 from 1996. We have not collected one penny to date. She filed for chapter 13 bankruptcy, where we would only receive 1% or $10.54. Is it possible to write this amount off with our taxes for the year 2000 instead of filing a claim against this person? If so is there a form and would it even be worth it?Thanks,Nicole
