Received this game from Mountain Dew. All I could recall at sign-up was getting a choice of one of two games, one of which was Madden 2006 (or whatever the title is) but I couldn't remember the other.

Anyway, I didn't know which one I chose so when the package came it was somewhat of a surprise. Turns out I asked for NFS. At first, I wasn't sure I'd like it. I'm the shooting/strategy type so I went in with lowered expectations but much to my chagrin, after about 20 minutes, I became addicted.

I think my favorite part is tussling with the cops. Having watched enough "Cops" in my time, once I got the hang of things, I started using the same driving tactics they employ on the average fleeing hoodlum. I'm spinning their vehicles, running their barricades, and causing all kinds of assorted mayhem. In short, I get to be the Bandit w/o all the real-life heat.

Alas, in the event I am overwhelmed and busted; upon arrest, I generally hope to get the lady cop. There's just something about the way she works me over that just never gets old. ;)

g!
