Xcar looks really solid with really great numbers, beating the street by 4 cents, major announcements coming out within a month or so (Medunite), 2002 revenue of 170 Million dollars and around .59 cents a share in PROFIT! Institutions have been snapping up this stock in the past quarter to the tune of about 2 million shares with all kinds of big names like Goldman Sachs and others buying this stock. The just completed merger with Healthcare.com, a company that has been profitable for some time and with great prospects on its own, also opens the door for so much cross selling of XCARE's product's to the hundreds of current users of Healthcare.com's products. The healthcare industry will be spending a lot of money in the next few years and A good junk of that should go to XCAR.

Future looks very promising

Things looking good!
