If you never have to use that non-existent money, then it's not a Strewie! If you go begging for more cash the second day after starting the new account, it's still not necessarily a strewie.

If you go longer than 26 weeks not being able to make an AIM buy because of the zero cash balance, then you start into Strewie territory. Bernie G. is currently the proud holder of the Strewie award. I've yet to paste his name on it and mail it to him. Guess I should do that before the next AIM meeting!
