Ya, Amino Vital is one of the sponsors of my running group (DC Fit) so we've been getting samples on our long Saturday runs. I actually find I don't mind the taste (and actually kind of like it) when I water it down.But what confuses me is that when they had a rep come out to talk about the product, it was pitched as being something that you should drink for recovery because of the amino acids that it has. As I recall, they specifically said that it wasn't really meant to be a replacement for Gatorade, etc. that you take for energy during exercise since it has very little carbs. I'm not sure what electrolytes it has.TMFConch
