Have you tried Yummy's in Denton? May not be up to par and I'd understand. I turned up my nose every time someone mentioned Mexican food in New Jersey. FSM, they didn't even have jalapenos! Cripes!

Not easy to find. Off the street on University a block east of Kroger on same side of street. Sort of behind a pizza parlor. Small hole-in-the-wall place.
This place used to be called International Food of Denton, but is now called Green Zatar. When we went there it was owned and run by an Iranian couple, who we suspect, lived in the back. It's in a strip mall on the other side of University from Yummy's and a little west.
We liked it, too. And it also has some groceries for sale.

Might be worth a drive or two to try them out if you haven't already.
