Ya know, it is worth noting that I should check that out. I forgot that 403b's are what the non-profits offer. I wonder why that is? I have to do more research...can't invest before I know something about it!

Not much to check out. The numbers 401(k) and 401(b) refer to the section of the I.R.S. Code dealing with these types of funds. The 401(k) is the section for regular corporation funds. The 401(b) is for non-profit funds. They're essentially the same thing.
