Yeah, I went to another machine running the same Ubuntu version (up to date with updates) and the video runs fine. It did lock up my browser when I tried to navigate away once however.

Ubuntu has a version of flash and there are ways to run commercial flash. Search on Ubuntu and flash and you should get a lot of hits on how to fix or download the latest. I've had the best luck using this information than going to the official flash site and trying to download and install linux versions they provide.
