Yeah, they are higher, but I was only pointing that out to say we have the same goals here - climb the 4,000 or 14,000 footers. and the 13,000 footers or the less than 4,000 footers are less crowded.

We get a lot of AT traffic as well. Plenty of hikers from Canada come down. I like to take days off during the week when the trails are less crowded. I had planned on taking today off, but my boss nixed that. Grrr. Hopefully next week. BTW, if you're a reader and like hiking books, check out Bryson's A Walk in the Woods.
