Years ago, I read a book with the title somewhat like "Starting and Running a Successful Investment Club" and it gave great advice on how to handle such a scenario as 1 member leaving. Currently, Im not in a club but I think that book is 'required reading' for most clubs... www.betterinvesting.org is the website for the NAIC, which provides great information for clubs.
