Yes, because we all know noone on the right never ever does mean things to people who do not support their side.

There are jerks on all sides of the spectrum and I bet that the number of jerks on the left as a percentage is equal to the number of jerks on the right.

Very true no doubt.

But I think you'll find the pressure against Republicans in general to be much more pronounced and concentrated in the education field. Yes, there are probably schools that have a shift towards right wingers as well. But I heard many things my kids told me from the last election through current.

Democrats are no more tolerant than anyone else. They are no more supportive of free speech, unless they agree with it. Politics has taken a very nasty turn in our lifetimes. In a school setting, it's unforgivable. I can only imagine if 90% of the kids wore Obama shirts next week in school, that same teacher would be strutting around with a smirk on her face.

"When she stood her ground and refused to change, Samantha said the teacher pulled her into the hall and encouraged others to make fun of her. And according to news reports, the teacher attempted to scribble on the shirt."

If that continued, I would have condoned a punch in the face. Go to far, expect repercussions.
