Yes, but why would you pay advisor fees to buy bonds?As I think I noted in my previous post, my FA has purchased individual bonds for us, and he does not charge any fee for anything to do with the bond accounts. He takes his fees from the accounts that are invested in equities. I find this acceptable, and I think it addresses your objection, with which I do agree BTW.
