Yes, I actually have a couple of them that I leave in the oven all the time. I read that keeping them in the oven helps regulate the temperature even if you're not using the stone directly. Just don't put pans of stuff on top of the stone. I burnt half a tray of biscuits the other day by doing this.RJ
