Yes, the fitness takes time; but I suspect you notice it because it's something added to the routine, squeezing out something that perhaps you'd like to keep.

Yeah, I wanted to keep on sitting around and snacking...and now it helps that I don't feel like I have that kind of idle time. The food...that's old hat by now, pretty much, and 90% of my shopping I can do in my building, with a fill-in at a Costco or BJ's every week or so. I still have a way to go; I'd like to lose another 20 lbs but would settle for being in the 130s again.

Maintaining for two years is awesome. Good to see it can be done :-)
