yesterday (all thanks to DW):Breakfast: Banana pancakes with honey, coffee.Lunch: Irish cheese and romaine sammich on pumpernickel/rye. Salad of cukes, grape tomatoes, various greens, homemade balsamic dressing.Snack: few handfuls of mixed nuts, waterDinner: Whole wheat angel-hair pasta with garlic, olive oil, broccoli, parmesan cheese. Pilsner beer. Sliced nectarine over Greek yogurt with honey drizzle.All eaten on our lanai with a view of Diamond Head and Duke's Beach (voted 2014 #1 in the world by Dr. Beach).
