You can always use Quicken which will keep track of all of your investments. You will have to set it up manually at first, but then you can download prices daily. If your bank allows downloads then you will also be able to download account activity from your bank so that you don't have to do future manual inputs.You can also use Excel, but you will have to build the spreadsheets.
