You can always use Quicken which will keep track of all of your investments. You will have to set it up manually at first, but then you can download prices daily. If your bank allows downloads then you will also be able to download account activity from your bank so that you don't have to do future manual inputs.

You can also use Excel, but you will have to build the spreadsheets. This Yahoo group can provide you with an Excel add-in to allow you to download prices and other info directly from Yahoo onto your spreadsheet each time you open the file.
