You can take a tour of Harbor Bridge in Sydney--climb to the top of the bridge and see the view. There's a huge botanical garden/park just above the Opera House. Great place for a stroll and to see the plants and birds not common 'round these parts.

I would definitely take a water taxi from Sydney's Circular Quay (pron. Key, on the off chance you didn't already know that) over to Manley and walk the Corso (outdoor shopping and dining mall/walkway) out to the beach.

There's an aquarium in Darlington Harbor and lots of restaurants. Aquarium was overrun with kids when we were there in December, since it was their summer vacation.

Jealous, I am, but I'm not going back until I can afford at least Business Class airfare.
