You could check on the after-tax rates of home equity vs. student loans, but if it were me, I'd rather not chance losing my home because of student loans if I hit hard times.I'd skip the tuition reimbursement route. I suspect it would be begging for an audit, plus you would have to pay personal income tax (federal, state & local) on the dollar value of the tuition reimbursement received.
