You could try Quantext Portfolio Planner. It uses historical returns and volatility to project the future (monte carlo simulation) while helping to optimize the asset allocation in a portfolio. I've just started using it and it really helps if you're trying to find the right mix of holdings in your portfolio. They offer a 30 day trial, and that may be all the time you need.
