You have 2 excellent funds listed here. AGTHX is a large cap growth that utilizes a quirky formula, but given its long term success one can hardly argue with it. It often holds a large cash position and also a foreign stock component, so it is not a true fully invested US Large Cap Growth fund. However, the returns speak for themselves as this fund trounces the index across all time periods.
The Oppenheimer Global fund is run by perhaps the best Global Manager in the business, this fund has outperformed most every other Global fund out there. Bill Wilby has also outperformed the index 4 of the last 5 years (2002) and is very optimistic about Global investing going forward. Wilby has returned 11.40% over the past 10 years on average beating over 90% of the competition. Your employer did a nice job with these 2 choices, Hopefully the rest of the choices in your plan stack up as well.

Bill
